PRICING
The pricing of goods are those specified on the Balloon Décor
site. All prices are inclusive of VAT (at standard UK rate) and
are subject to change without notice. Delivery will be added to
all orders under £60 and on all overseas orders. All UK deliveries
over £60 will be free of charge
AVAILIBILITY
Orders are subject to availability. In the event that any goods
are unavailable you the customer will be notified by email/telephone.
You will then have the option to cancel the order or continue to
wait until the item becomes available. In the event that part of
your order is available you may choose to wait for all of the order
to become available or have the order dispatched separately this
may incur an additional charge to yourselves.
DELIVERY
Goods will be delivered to the address on your order form. All goods
available will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days (working
days being Monday- Friday). For orders placed after 1pm please add
an extra day (UK only). Delivery is by Royal Mail.
Balloon Décor will not be held responsible for checking your
delivery address. Please make sure you have a postcode for your
delivery address. If any goods delivered are to an incorrect address
supplied by you you will be responsible for the costs.
DELIVERY CHARGES
For all orders over £60 delivery will be free of charge (UK
deliveries only)
Any orders under £60 will incur a delivery charge of £6.50
(UK deliveries only. Any local orders may be collected direct from
our studio in Billericay. Any overseas orders please contact us
for delivery charges prior to ordering.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Balloon Décor gives a 7 day money back guarantee. Any products
deemed unsuitable must be returned unopened and in the original
packaging. A copy of the original delivery note must also be included
along with the reason for returning. You the customer will be responsible
for any return delivery charges incurred. Please contact us by email
or phone before returning any items. All returns will be checked
that it is in its original condition. We at Balloon Decor do not
except responsibility for any returned items until they have been
signed for at our premises.
Balloon Décor cannot resend any items until the originals
have been returned.
MISSING ITEMS
At Balloon Décor all our orders are checked before dispatch.
Customers are asked to inform us of any shortages within 24 hours
of receipt of order. Customers will have the option of Balloon Décor
refunding or dispatching the missing item
